We are One House that leverages diversity in all its forms.About the Role:The Carleton Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Members’ Human Resources Services Coordinator position.As the Members Human Resources Services Coordinator, you support a client-centric team that provides proactive HR advisory services to Members and their staff. Over the course of the 2-year assignment, you will provide project support related to post-implementation activities of the Members Employee Management System and subsequent phases of this project. You are also responsible for supporting the Senior Advisor and prepare reference and communications material, reports, procedures and contribute to the implementation of changes to the client service delivery model to Members and their staff.Position location: Ottawa, OntarioThe ideal person:You have an analytical mind, are a strong problem-solver and comfortable with technology. You are autonomous and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of the intricacies of the Carleton Administration and the services provided to Members and you are able to quickly identify where to find or source information and when to engage partners.
