We value difference-makers, and individuals and teams who bring high energy, passion, and a relentless commitment to excellence to their roles.National Clinical Communications CoordinatorAs a National Clinical Communications Coordinator, you will be working directly with our Clinical Communications Manager and in partnership with our present National Clinical Communications Coordinator to support functions including internal documentation management, global standards policy reviews and audits, whitepaper preparation, conference and award submissions, data management, generating reports, internal learning line administrative support, and general regional communications.Succeeding as a National Clinical Communications Coordinator will require the following core qualifications:Post-secondary education; preferably in Administration, Communications, Health Management, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in an administrative role; experience working in an EAP / EFAP or behavioural / mental health field is a significant asset.Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, including thorough knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.Full proficiency with Microsoft Office; Advanced skills using Excel.Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively to various stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.Ability to work successfully with both local and remote colleagues.The National Clinical Communications Coordinator will work fixed shifts, Monday – Friday (days). The position is currently 100% remote, however, we require the ideal candidate to able to work remotely and in-office in the future.
