This role is a management role responsible for the overall portfolio around Virtualization, Device Management, and Collaboration technologies. The Offering Manager will direct a team of Offering Managers and Project Managers to develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the services portfolio and working along with the various stakeholders across the organization within these technology stacks. The OM will be responsible for the overall success of the services portfolio, as defined by the revenue, customers, & partnerships attained.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseTotal experience should be more than 15 years with team management experience, 10 -12 years of experience required in product management or related field, with proven track record of market success.Min of 5 years experience driving Digital Workplace Services product and offeringsDemonstrated business experience and expertise in developing Digital Workplace based offerings, products and servicesExperience working across disciplines/units to launch new offerings or features with demonstrated commercial success.Excellent communication skills, self motivated and self starterRecognized as an expert and leader by members of a field, related functions, and multi -country organizationsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceExperience solutioning transformation to the Digital WorkplaceMicrosoft certificationsExperience in developing business plans, budgets, roadmaps, GTM Strategy along with various stakeholders in the organizationWell versed in the offering/services release process, right from incubation to release and on going enhancementsGood understanding of the market trends, completion, workplace strategiesTeam management including, cross functional team of architects, sales, marketing and alliances towards the business goalsExperience in driving programs with alliance teams to achieve premier partnershipsRequired EducationBachelors DegreePreferred EducationBachelors DegreeEligibility RequirementsMust have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.Country/RegionCanadaState / ProvinceONTARIOCity / Township / VillageOttawaBeing You @ KyndrylKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
