Job Description

John The Plumber is hiring for a full-time, Monday-Friday, Office Admin in a Plumbing Company. Were an Ottawa-based plumbing company with a fantastic reputation. The office is shared with an office manager. Management is friendly and job satisfaction within the company is high.Benefits:

  • The candidate will help with several functions in the backend of a service plumbing company.
  • Customer service, documentation, data entry, scheduling, complaint handling, quality control, and various other responsibilities will be a part of day-to-day life.
  • The ideal candidate must be versatile, adaptable, and good at multi-tasking. Friendliness, professionalism, optimism, and world-class customer service are necessities.
Duties include:
  • Converting quotes, contacting customers to schedule their plumbing work and booking plumbers
  • Using a CRM to help with scheduling and schedule changes
  • Contacting customers requesting work online to schedule appointments
  • Scheduling and assigning the city for water shutoffs
  • Some payment collections (most payments are accepted during the plumbing visit, however, some customers request they pay later)
  • Customer service and complaint handling
  • Various customer contact
  • Various data entry
  • Various plumber requests (finding available helpers, locating equipment, etc)
  • Monitoring plumbers for delays or issues
Qualifications:
  • Good English skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Good speaking skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Friendly and professional
  • Reliable and focused
  • Bilingual an asset, but not necessary
  • Works in office setting in Nepean
  • Hardworking
