Job Description

Family-owned and operated company in the trucking industry for 21 years.We currently have an opening for 1 highly motivated individual to join our small team.Responsibilities and Duties1. Providing future clients (via phone and email) information about our services/ sales.2. Developing client relationships and building customer loyalty.3. Filing/ scheduling/ maintaining accurate records4. Following up on leads on a weekly basis.5. Light cleaning for the opening shift: sweeping floors/ wiping counters/ keeping an orderly environment.Qualifications and SkillsHours are weekdays:Monday-Friday (8 am-5 pm)PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE DURING THESE TIMES.The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:1. Fluent in English2. Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Word/ Excel/ spelling and grammar3. Strong communication skills to handle customer requests proficiently4. Some base knowledge of the trucking industry (not required, but a definite bonus)5. The ability to multi-task6. Strong Salesmanship7. Must pay attention to detail and provide examples of where the candidate has excelled at organization.8.
