We are looking for a specific person who will fit well with our current team. This person must understand the importance of working in a team and must understand that other team members will rely on this person to be responsible for his role in the company and have a regular attendance to work.Position Entails many various duties including; Front counter sales, customer service, shipping, receiving, deliveries and maintaining store presentation, inspecting and charging batteries, some small battery assembly, distribution of marketing material to our customer base and many other duties associated with the operation of a small business environment. The ideal candidate understands that they are hired to perform all varied duties/roles as a condition of their employment.Qualifications and SkillsMandatory Drivers licence,basic computer skills like email, web browsing and working with a point of sale computer program, good communication/social skills, punctual, reliable, responsible. You must have good dress and deportment and a pleasant personality and have an excellent work attendance record. You must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as we sell many types of batteries including automotive and truck batteries which you will be loading for delivery and for recycling.BenefitsFull Time:Base Salary $36,360.00Commission on applicable inventory items (After a year of service and gained product experience you should be averaging no less than $2,000 per year in commission sales at the bare minimum).Monthly sales target bonus of $300 per month if the monthly sales target is met.Co-pay 50-50 Group Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Benefits after 6 months of employment.Group RRSP matching benefits program after a full year of service details will be presented at that time.3 Paid Personal Days per year which commence after 6 months of employment.Potential for advancement in the future for the qualified responsible individualNo evening work, Monday to Friday.
