Job Description

Do you love and have a passion for the Christmas Holidays, Santa Claus, and Photography Do you enjoy bringing joy and happiness to other peoples lives FyreScope Studios is currently interviewing PHOTOGRAPHER candidates for the 2022 Holiday Season. Enjoy a flexible work schedule; part-time and mini-shifts available.Photographers play an integral part in our Santa Claus Experience by capturing beautiful candid, often long-lasting memories for kids of all ages. FyreScope prides it self in being one of the very few Santa Companies that actually hires local professional photographers! If you are an experienced professional portrait or event photographer, we think this role would be excellent for you! We think you would be great for this role if you:

  • Can persuade individuals in all walks of life that Christmas magic is real.
  • Are compassionate about childhood dreams and wishes.
  • Can Tolerate glare from flashing lights.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of previous portrait or event photography experience.
  • Are flexible to work during peak retail hours and on weekends/holidays.
  • Have a positive, and friendly attitude with great communication skills.
  • Are comfortable around crowds and find it easy to greet and interact with new people all day.
  • Are comfortable providing concise verbal direction when posing multiple subjects.
  • Have a creative eye for framing portrait photographs.
  • Are great at working in fast-paced environments.
  • Are Bilingual(asset but not required).
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 19.
  • Able to attend and complete training, the week of November 14-19.
  • Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Adhere to company policies, including provided dress code.
  • Provide Proof of Full Covid Vaccination, required as per company policy.
  • Ability to lift and or move 10-20 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for 4-5 hours.
  • Adhere to company policy including maintaining proper attendance, punctuality, and time tracking responsibilities.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of previous portrait or event photography experience.
  • Can provide a portfolio with your recent photography work.
