Find your future with us.Boeing Canada Operations Ltd is seeking a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to lead various programs globally based out of Ontario, Canada.This role will support multiple phases of the Supply Chain Value Stream including leading teams of forecasting specialists who interpret market trends as well as create inventory decisions to ensure aerospace customers have access to the material needed to sustain fleet operations. Additionally, this role will support creation and execution of supply chain solutions both internal to the Boeing Company as well as with external customers. The manager will be overseeing projects and process improvements, performance dashboards, and adherence to schedules and budgets for Boeing led programs. This manager will also be responsible for role harmonization, process harmonization, change impact analysis, and maintaining relationships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports. The selected candidate will be accountable to successfully lead, develop, and motivate the team.This role will be required to work onsite in Ontario, Canada, but allow for a hybrid work environment based on business objective. The position will require 25% travel on average.Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads planning and integration activities for stand-alone support program(s) consistent with the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model practices.
  • Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics fields and Program Management Best Practices to advise program activities.
  • Leads employees performing activities related to Supply Chain Management.
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports with a role clarity alignment.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Leads, develops and motivates employees.
  • Improving the engagement level of the team to work as one integrated supply chain team by demonstrating best practices across each program. The successful candidate will lead and integrate employees activities across more than one area in Supply Chain.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years in management or leading teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistic Support or Materials Management or related field
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Must be willing and eligible to work on Canadian government and defense-related programs with no restrictions
  • Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
  • Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with analytics involved in interpreting customer and market trends
  • Experience working with Domestics/International Military and or Commercial Aerospace customers
  • Experience with Excel Advanced Functions Data Analytics experience
  • Experience working with Project Management, Contracts or Business/Sales Development
  • Active Level II Clearance
