Find your future with us.Boeing Canada Operations Ltd is seeking a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to lead various programs globally based out of Ontario, Canada.This role will support multiple phases of the Supply Chain Value Stream including leading teams of forecasting specialists who interpret market trends as well as create inventory decisions to ensure aerospace customers have access to the material needed to sustain fleet operations. Additionally, this role will support creation and execution of supply chain solutions both internal to the Boeing Company as well as with external customers. The manager will be overseeing projects and process improvements, performance dashboards, and adherence to schedules and budgets for Boeing led programs. This manager will also be responsible for role harmonization, process harmonization, change impact analysis, and maintaining relationships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports. The selected candidate will be accountable to successfully lead, develop, and motivate the team.This role will be required to work onsite in Ontario, Canada, but allow for a hybrid work environment based on business objective.
