Indeterminate period incumbents of positions in the CS group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the CS group.2. It is the recognized educational institution (e.g. community college, CÉGEP or university) that determines if the courses taken by a candidate correspond to two years of a post-secondary program at the institution.3. • Recent and **significant experience in application development and support using C#, .net framework and front end development languages/frameworks (such as JavaScript, React, Java).

Experience in application development leveraging databases (e.g. relational databases such as MS SQL, Postgre SQL; NoSQL data bases such as MangoDB, Cassandra).Experience in application development using public cloud platforms (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.).Experience in working in an IM/IT organization to develop or deliver on IM/IT solutions.in support of an organization’s operational mandate.Experience providing technical services, advice and recommendations in applications development.

• Recent experience is defined as experience normally associated with performing a range of related activities within the last 3 years.
