In partnership with the people and communities of Ottawa, Ottawa Public Health improves and advocates for health and well-being through prevention, promotion and protection.You are responsible for providing research, Statistical data analysis, writing grants and/or research proposals, focused on mental health and substance use health, specifically supporting the Ottawa Gambling Harm Prevention Network.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECompletion of 3 year university degree in Business Administration, Human Sciences or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experienceKNOWLEDGE

  • Research, data collection and analyses methodologies
  • Project management principles and practices
  • Word processing, database and statistical analysis packages for microcomputers (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, MS Project, Visio, Web Publishing)
  • Business Intelligence tools an asset
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers.
