Are you inCome, and be where it begins.Our Exciting OpportunityWe are now looking for a technical radio project leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a project leader you will be end-to-end responsible for delivering new or improved radio products to the market. You are expected to coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.You will be part of our Canadian radio project office within a global community that has the full responsibility to deliver all new radio products as well as maintenance for Ericsson. We have the responsibility for systemization, SW and HW design, verification/regulatory approval as well as building up the production capacity in the factory.You will

  • Drive radio projects with end-to-end responsibility from early systemization to production ramp up in factory.
  • Be required to drive technology and product leadership through delivering radio products to the market.
  • Work with flow optimization to find efficiencies.
  • Share knowledge and learning with other team members.
To be successful in the role you must have
  • Education: Bachelors degree minimum in Electrical engineering or similar.
  • Min years of experience as a project manager: 5 years
  • Domain experience: Telecom, HW and SW design, supply, leadership
  • You will need excellent Project Management and People Skills
  • Customer Insight
  • Business Understanding
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Fluent in English
