  • Responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders
  • Maintain and enhance quarterly business performance reporting
  • Maintenance renewals for existing customers
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports and other ad-hoc reports for the Sales organization.
  • Data analysis to help sales and finance teams base decisions on solid data.
  • Work directly with customers, providing contract renewal documentation and collecting purchase orders.
  • Ensure all CRM data is clean, accurate and complete.
  • Work with finance team to ensure that sales reporting and forecasting are accurate and timely.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales operations experience
  • Solid experience using Salesforce (Salesforce certification is an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives on challenges, and is accustomed to a fast pace and multiple projects, fulfilling priorities and meeting deadlines
