Job Description

Mongolian Village Grill in Bells Corner is looking to hire Part/Full time Experienced Server and Bartenders to work in a fast-paced and welcoming environment for our busy patio season!

  • We offer a flexible schedule, discounted food and room for advancement.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of serving/bartending experience in a restaurant
  • Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations
  • Table service for guests (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily specials, placing orders with kitchen)
  • Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
  • Prepare classic cocktails, wines & spirits beverages
  • Processing bills and taking payment
  • Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
Qualifications:
  • Great with time management and multi-tasking
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative
