We are among the first 5 to be named as SWIFT Service Partner in North America.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Swift Expert to ensure the smooth execution of Swift projects by following the best practices recommended by Swift. The person hired will also be responsible for the design and execution of level 2 projects on Swifts environments, and provide level 2 support for Swift Specialists.Main responsibilitiesCarry out the analysis, architecture, design and the planification related to the implementation and upgrading of our software packages;Install, configure, integrate, upgrade and troubleshoot Swift infrastructure elements in all Expertus customer projects;Onboard new clients;Plan, execute, monitor and integrate specific technical projects on the technological and application infrastructures of Expertus customers or the organization;Manage the evolution of the Swift technology infrastructure of clients and Expertus for medium and long term needs;Manage all Swift applications and ensures that all technical environments are up to date and efficient by ensuring their maintenance and upgrading;Write and maintain the documentation required for the administration and operations of servers and technical solutions;Organize and deliver training sessions to customers and employees of Expertus. Actively participate in security tightening initiatives issued by the internal security team;Participate in tests as well as failovers in the event of Disaster recovery;Stay up to date with technological developments through continuing education and ensure mandatory annual certification according to SWIFT requirements;Participate in the production of SWIFT / Firco components on the environments of Expertus customers according to the company's good change practices.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseUniversity degree in computer science or other relevant field of study;Minimum 5 years of experience with Swift, including SAA, SAG and SNL;Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows and Unix;Certification required from Swift;Knowledge of the banking sector (asset);Autonomy, leadership, problem solving, team spirit and the ability to work under pressure;Be interested in cloud projects, especially participate in Swift migration projects in the cloud;Be interested in learning about new IBM products.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseAs above.Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.About Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
