Our ambition is to establish an OSS ecosystem, which will be the foundation of an open multi-vendor automation platform for Next Generation Networks. Using on technical harmonies and software reuse we will work with our partners across Ericsson to build applications on this platform that will realize our customer needs. This open app ecosystem will also facilitate customers contributions that will realize their own specific use cases. Our innovative capability lies at the heart of everything we do.We are looking for a senior systems developer to join our development group!You will

  • Drive the overall technical direction across development teams
  • Help your team scope, plan, and execute development tasks
  • Design, implement, and test new features and capabilities
  • Measure and analyze solutions performance and scalability, to assist with systems engineering and application deployments
  • Research new software development tools and technologies and guide development by identifying and implementing approved new software tools and/or technologies in compliance with industry standard methodologies
To be successful in the role you must have
  • An undergraduate degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
  • Detailed knowledge in one or more of the following areas: microservice development, browser GUI development, DevOps deployment and troubleshooting
  • Competence in two or more programming languages such as Java, Lisp, Ruby, Scala, Python, Scheme, Clojure, Erlang or C++
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software solutions, on-time and on-quality
  • Objected oriented, functional, or concurrency-oriented programming experience
  • Capability to understand and propose solutions to new and complex problems
  • Prior experience in the Telecom network management space is a plus
  • An enthusiastic attitude, eager to continue growing and learning
