More than 1,000 entities and 50 financial institutions worldwide process on average $25 billion per day through our infrastructures.Expertus is looking for a Technical Analyst who will take part in the various computer system deployment and operations steps. The Technical Analyst is an integral part of one of our operations teams. The successful candidate will be mentored by the members of the operations team for him/her to live a true collaborative experience and gain a valuable experience in a well-established and growing FinTech company.General responsibilities:Assisting with the Expertus-developed application technical support.Working with the system and solution integration specialists in the operations tools and processes.Undertaking projects autonomously in order to assist the operations team.Collaborating with the system and database administrators for technology and application environment maintenance.Identifying the physical or logical problems.Validating the request priorities and ensuring the request follow-up.Helping the team document the various technical procedures for the sound management of Expertus environments.Searched profile:A college degree or an equivalent combination of education or experience.Demonstrated autonomy.Proven abilities in communications.Curiosity and resourcefulness.Rigour in his/her task completion.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseLinux (functional level).Microsoft Windows Server (functional level).Cloud (basic knowledge).Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseITSM as a Wiki or the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).SlackProficiency in networking (VPN, DNS).SQL knowledge (query formulation).Scripting knowledge (Ansible, Bash, Perl, Powershell).Knowledge of Java and Python.Knowledge of monitoring solutions (Nagios Core, Nagios Xi , Nagios Log Sever, Pagerduty, logstash, elasticsearch).Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments (AIX, CentOs, RedHat).Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.Montreal location preferredBilingual (English / French)Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.About Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
