This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce high-quality content that supports end-users, developers, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Developmentamp; Maintenance

  • Create and maintain user guides, manuals, online help content, FAQs, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Develop instructional materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with branding, style guidelines, and company standards.
Collaborationamp; Content Gathering
  • Work closely with engineers, developers, product managers, and support teams to gather technical information.
  • Conduct interviews, research, and hands-on testing to understand system functionality.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
Editingamp; Quality Assurance
  • Review, edit, and proofread documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date with product releases and system updates.
  • Maintain document version control and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Content Deliveryamp; Management
  • Publish documentation using content management systems (CMS), wikis, and collaboration tools.
  • Organize and categorize information for easy access and searchability.
  • Gather user feedback to improve documentation effectiveness.
