Our 46,500 square metre manufacturing facility, Abbott Pointe, is located in Ottawa, Ontario, CanadaStatus: Regular/Full Time (4x4A Extended)Position Overview:In this Inspection Metrology Associate (IMA) role you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of all designated inspection and metrology tasks in the Wafer Fab. When time allows, you will also carry out the duties of a production operatorResponsibilities:Perform all required inspection and metrology tasks in support of manufacturing efforts.Consistently executes to documented inspection and metrology criteria.Consistently and accurately records all observations in the appropriate Traksuite application.Acts as a role model for quality and compliance ensuring absolute product integrity for downstream customers.As a customer service provider, uses an in-depth knowledge of wafer protocols to facilitate the accurate physical movement of wafers to and from the inspection/metrology work cell.Acts proactively in defense of wafer fab yield by alerting the appropriate support team members in response to any negative visual or measurement trends.Responsible for coordinating coverage during breaks and lunch periods.Responsible for post clean mask inspection and requalification activities, alerting the appropriate support team members in response to mask damage.Act as shift prime for all non-standard inspection and metrology tasks to assist sustaining or project engineering activities.Provide processing support as required to meet production targets.Operate within the clean room according to all documented WF processes and procedures.Execute process and equipment specific wafer tasks as required.Perform other job-related duties as required.Required Education and Experience:High school diploma.
