This position provides employees with an attractive compensation package, stable full - time work (with opportunities for overtime), and in - depth training. This is an excellent opportunity to jump start your career in a growing industry!The positionAs a warehouse associate, you are responsible for pulling and preparing both rental and sales orders for pickup/delivery, receiving and processing incoming and outgoing rental stock and material requests, picking and filling orders, packing and loading customers trucks with orders etc. You are also responsible for helping to keep the warehouse space neat and orderly. The ideal candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. Attention to detail and teamwork are key assets in this position.Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, assemble, and fasten signs according to outlined specifications
  • Assist road technicians with loading/unloading vehicles and keeping track of sales and rental inventory
  • Perform quality assurance steps that confirm the contents of each order
  • Inspect, maintain and keep inventory records of warehouse equipment. Report any malfunctions, insufficiencies etc to the Manager.
  • Use of basic power tools
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively, clearly and professionally towards co-workers and clients.
  • Observe and follow all health and safety policies and procedures
Capacity
  • Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently to complete job requirements
  • Ability to multitask and organize workflow
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class G Driver’s License (required)
  • Forklift training/certification is an asset. (Training can be provided to the right candidate)
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and have good physical stamina
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting an asset
  • Wood-working or Carpentry experience an asset
  • Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
  • Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
