We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Retention Specialist to join our team and help us enhance customer loyalty and engagement.Job Summary:As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships to reduce churn and enhance customer satisfaction. You will proactively engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions that encourage long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and advocate for the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Contact customers who have expressed dissatisfaction, understanding their concerns and offering solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Work closely with the customer support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Create personalized offers to retain valuable customers.
  • Track and report on customer retention metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement.
Qualificationsamp; Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer retention, customer service, sales, or account management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and customer engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a health and life-based insurance or service-oriented industry.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and customer behavior trends.
