Responsibilities
  • Provide B2C ticket management and support functions for all eCommerce channel customers including:
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable product support for all who contact WOW Tech through email or via the websites
  • First point of contact for customer issues and tracking problems
  • Troubleshoot customer issues to assist in problem resolution or begin the warranty claim process
  • Learn how to solve customers’ problems and questions through salesforce, our ticketing system
  • Keep up with product releases and feature updates/changes
Qualifications
  • Enrolled as a post-secondary student in Ottawa
  • Able to work up to 20hrs/per week including some hours on Saturdays
  • Great communication skills; fluent in English (verbal and written), fluent German and/or French is a plus!
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce or another database/business system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is an asset
  • Open to constructive feedback, both giving and receiving, in a clear and respectful manner
  • Customer service orientation with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
