The department collaborates with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Information Technology and Management to ensure the system continues to fulfill Vantage customer requirements. Automation Systems works closely with partner contractors to produce the best design and helps manage these partners to success by providing accurate requirements, goals, and timelines. In addition to design and construction, we are also responsible for the technical requirements of the Operations department involving troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing mission critical control systems throughout all Vantage locations.Position overviewVantage is looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented, self-motivated Data Analyst to support customer requests and reporting requirements and drive strategic initiatives focused on process development, technical reliability, and performance improvement. As part of the Automation Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all reporting is created on time and accurately reflects performance while working to structure, build, and implement process improvements across the organization. The daily responsibilities include collecting data to produce reports and presentations based upon internal and external requirements; perform program management activities to implement goal-oriented strategies; implementing software-based automation and reporting tools; establishing and documenting procedures, training materials, and associated technical guides; and implementing process improvements focused on providing direct benefit back into the organization. A successful candidate in this role will be agile and able to manage multiple projects at a time, an out of the box thinker that is good at problem solving and will have the ability to implement technical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, HI Charts, Smartsheet and other tools.Essential job functions
