Job Description

Devoted CG is a new platform in Early Access that will transform how companies find freelance talent for game asset creation.Our mission is to create equal opportunities for all talent globally to work on the games of their dreams. We are looking for an experienced games industry professional to work with us on rapidly growing this platform across the entertainment industry and beyond. ***This is a 100% remote vacancy. We are hiring in the USA, Canada and UK***Requirements

  • Passion and knowledge of video games or the video game ecosystem
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with people at different levels and in different departments of an organization
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, peers, and clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong art networking
Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing networks and build new relationships across all sectors building games and game experiences (game developers, entertainment companies, and brands building game experiences)
  • Build and maintain trusted and long-lasting relationships to achieve targets. Serve as a trusted consultant in supporting companies #39; use of the platform to meet their game creation needs.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences and events to promote Devoted CG and identify potential opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Devoted CG and Devoted Studios.For projects that need a production management approach, work with Devoted Studios BD to scope requests.
  • Provide insights on market needs and feedback to inform the ongoing development and innovation of the Devoted CG Platform.
  • Be an evangelist of following company and team processes including CRM excellence
  • Work with the CEO and CCO to define business development targets, and proactively track/report on progress against KPIs
  • Quickly help mitigate any issues clients report in using the platform and follow-up with the client on how Devoted is addressing the issues
