This is an opportunity to join our team as a Manager, Real Estate Asset Management. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage a region of the Tim Hortons real estate portfolio. This role works closely with the broader Tim Hortons Development Team and the Tim Hortons Real Estate leadership team, as it shapes the direction of our real estate portfolio in Canada and the US.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Tim Hortons real estate portfolio in Quebec, primarily focused on lease renewals
  • Renew leases with external landlords: negotiate market rates, key clauses in leases, and extension options
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers
  • Work with legal counsel to complete leases and amendments
  • Prepare approval memos, updates, and recommendations related to your portfolio for the Tim Hortons Real Estate Committee
  • Complete ongoing market and property analyses, including regular site visits and market tours
  • Work closely with the broader Tim Hortons Real Estateamp; Development Team and other stakeholders
  • Represent the Tim Hortons brand to all stakeholders in a first-class manner
Required Skills:
  • French fluency required
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in business, real estate, or similar
  • 3+ years in commercial real estate leasing preferred
  • Market knowledge of commercial leasing industry, market rates, landlords, large-scale developments in Canada, and general real estate trends
  • Very strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ownership mentality and ability to close out deals
