You will be part of a small squad with the purpose of supporting Intact Lab #39;s digital products to the point where that product is the best product, not just in the insurance field, but the best product out there, period. You will report to the Manager, Web First Responders.What you #39;ll do here:

• Support the maintenance process of products by coordinating Production Incidents and Problems; Analyzing them, proposing a solution and assess impact on operations.
• Coordinate major incidents with affected squads and stakeholders.
• Participate in business prioritization sessions to ensure added value for clients.
• Make impact analysis to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT product team.
• Support the development of solutions and monitor performance.
• Support Quality Assurance activities and User Acceptance Tests.
• Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
• Contribute to a solid, reusable, and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor #39;s degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in analysis (Business, Functional, Information).
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Specific experiences - Assets strongly considered:
• Project experience in Scrum or Kanban mode.
• Experience and knowledge of the insurance field.
• Experience and knowledge of applications in a Web environment or Mobile.
• Experience in production support activities.
• Mastery of JIRAamp; Confluence.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Functional knowledge of French is a definite asset - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
