This bilingual position is located in the Montreal area. The Key Account Manager is accountable for development, growth, and implementation of sales strategy and effective account management for OEM customers. Focus will be placed on growth of equipment programs along with business development activities. This includes identifying complex customer solutions and assisting Sales leadership with the preparation and presentation of these solutions. This position is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction and growing the third party relationship in Montreal.The successful candidate will be bilingual, have technical aptitude and automotive industry experience.As the Key Account Manager, you play a critical role in customer relationship and account strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
