Throughout the program, you #39;ll have a chance to connect with students from across the country and network with Oliver Wyman staff of diverse levels, backgrounds, and experiences. Participants in our program will also have exclusive access to a wealth of content tailored to prepare them for interviews and for a career in consulting. Our annual Diversity Leadership Summit brings together students from a diverse range of backgrounds, universities, and experiences to collaborate and network with each other while learning about Oliver Wyman, leadership, life as a consultant and more!This program aims to expose students that identify with a group historically underrepresented in this industry to career opportunities in consulting, including but not limited to, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian or Alaskan Native, LGBTQ+ and women are encouraged to apply.This program is supported in part by several of our employee resource groups including EMPOWERED (Employees at Oliver Wyman Enabling Racial and Ethnic Diversity), PrOWd (LGBTQ+ at Oliver Wyman) and WOW (Women at Oliver Wyman).Our program will take place on Thursday, April 18th and Friday, April 19th in New York, NY.Oliver Wyman will provide transportation, hotel accommodations and meals for students traveling to attend.Throughout the series participants will have buddies to help with case-interview prep and answer any questions you might have about life at OW! There will be additional opportunities for collaboration, conversation, and networking throughout the virtual sessions leading up to our in-person experience.Upon successful completion of the program participants will be invited to interview for either the Summer 2025 internship program (for Class of#39;26 graduates) or the full-time Consultant Class of 2025 role.Why join us

• Due to the nature of our work, an offer of employment requires valid authorization to work in Canada and the United States
• Internship Requirement: Second-year undergraduate bachelor #39;s degree candidate completing their degree at a four-year institution (graduating Class of 2026)
• Full-Time Requirement: Third-year undergraduate bachelor #39;s degree candidate completing their degree at a four-year institution (graduating Class of 2025)
