Job Description

Order Processing Analyst (Procurement)Join our client #39;s Commercial Services division, driving digital transformation and enhancing commercial processes within the mining and metals industry. This role is key to optimizing contract administration for aluminum products, ensuring efficiency and excellence in daily operations.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $36 to $38, based on experience.• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.• Work schedule from 6 am to 2 pm.• Remote work: in office 2-4 times per month after training.• Training: Initial training will be conducted in-office during regular hours (9 am to 5 pm).Responsibilities:• Commercial Operations: Perform daily tasks such as contract and sales order entry, shipments, and invoicing in SAP for aluminum products.• Process Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and adding value to stakeholders.• Compliance: Ensure adherence to standard level agreements (SLAs) to meet customer and contract obligations.• Troubleshooting: Address process issues and bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.• Month-End Activities: Assist in reconciliation activities at the end of each month.What you will need to succeed:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.• Industry Knowledge: Ability to navigate a multi-product environment and standardize processes effectively.• Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to meet evolving deadlines.• Communication: Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
