You #39;ll have a positive impact on our employees, clients and shareholders with your creativity, your experience with postproduction, creating graphic identities and motion design and your knowledge of marketing and communications trends. You #39;ll also have an impact on our brand awareness.Your role:

  • Be a postproduction expert (editing, colour grading, special effects, and sound montage).
  • Respect the visual aesthetics of the brand and ensure the final product is high quality.
  • Ensure the development of the postproduction process, make recommendations, and share best practices with the team.
  • Follow industry trends and suggest new options.
  • Create original content for digital signage, vector animation, motion design and graphic design.
  • Create graphic identity from end-to-end (opening/closing panels, banners, landing pages, email templates, etc.)
  • Occasionally assist the team during filming or live events at Studio 24 in our studios or outside.
  • Manage simultaneous projects with stakeholders in Agile mode.
  • Influence stakeholders and innovate.
Your team:In the Employee Experience sector, you #39;ll be part of a five-person team, and you #39;ll report to the Client Experience Communications Manager and Digital Practices Leader. Our team creates a digital communications strategy by designing high-impact digital productions for employees, target, and mass market clients, in order to provide a clear and coherent vision of the Bank #39;s business objectives and strategies and increase awareness.We help promote culture, values, and activities. Our team #39;s main objective is to engage and mobilize our resources to give them a positive experience and help them learn how to improve our impact on our employees, clients, and shareholders.The team also ensures the alignment and synergy of digital productions to optimize their cohesion and distribution internally and externally.We offer a wide range of ongoing learning opportunities for your development, including hands-on learning, training courses, and collaboration with colleagues who have varied profiles and expertise.Prerequisites:
  • Diploma in graphic design, bachelor #39;s degree in visual arts or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite software
  • Knowledge of Fusions and Resolve
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
  • Attention to detail and discipline
  • Be creative, agile, proactive and suggest new ways of working
  • Passion for postproduction and high sense of aesthetics.
