With close collaboration between our internal and external experts, we aim to deliver creative visual strategies that will reinforce our brand and ensure the global success of our products.The Opportunity:We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to replace a maternity leave. The incumbent will assist the Brand Design team in various tasks, including project follow-up with internal and external partners, request management and departmental budget tracking. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Project Coordinator will work primarily with the graphic designers, but also in partnership with the marketing and product design teams.What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Effectively plan, organize and coordinate ongoing graphic projects.
  • Work closely with Brand Design team managers to prioritize, adjust schedules and allocate resources for successful projects.
  • Clearly communicate project needs and clarify requirements with other company departments and external partners.
  • Strictly adhere to project deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, project managers and other professionals to ensure that projects run smoothly and cohesively.
  • Keep detailed records of project progress and submit regular reports to management.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the efficiency of work processes and foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the team.
What We #39;re Looking For:
  • Undergraduate degree in a discipline relevant to the position;
  • 3-5 years #39; experience in graphic project coordination
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills (synthesizing and communicating large amounts of information);
  • Autonomous, positive and team-oriented;
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Indesign)
  • Knowledge of project management software (Workfront - an asset)
  • Strong interest and passion for marketing, graphics, toys and video games.
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
