Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented lead carpenter with experience in both residential and commercial construction.Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of combined residential and commercial construction experience
  • Ability to work within a team or independently
  • Experience with Rough framing, Steel Stud, dry-walling, Vinyl and Wood siding, finish carpentry,
  • Experience in Cedar Shake shingle and siding is an asset.
  • Follow COR certification requirements
  • Reading and interrupting blueprints
  • Customer service oriented
  • Attention to detail with positive attitude
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a challenging environment
  • Job can be physically demanding lifting 0 – 50 Lbs will be required
  • Working at heights will be required (over 5’)
