Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for caretaking duties and the monitoring of an outdoor materials inventory for a vehicle and heavy equipment repair facility.This position is also required to assist in other areas of Public Works as required.The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Successful completion of Grade 12.
  • Minimum two (2) years of caretaking experience.
  • Parts Technician assistance experience is an asset.
  • Forklift and/or skid steer experience is an asset.
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License.Upon hire, a current satisfactory driver’s abstract must be provided.
  • Mechanically inclined.
