This will include researching industry leading OD practices to inform and assist in the design and implementation of new and innovative programs to advance Osler’s culture and enable the people of Osler to do and be their best.KEY RESPONSIBILITES:Research industry leading OD programs and practices to inform new and innovative improvementsPlan and conduct stakeholder engagements analyzing feedback to inform solution design, development and implementationPlan and conduct program evaluations (via meetings, focus groups, surveys), analyze data collected, identify gaps/opportunities for improvements, and prepare recommendationsDevelop, review and edit organizational program focused communications to support outreach and engagement in OD programmingDesign and develop learner centered/performance based instructional materials, manuals, eLearning, and job aids that support learning transferDevelop, deliver or coordinate blended learning programs (in-class, online or via a vendor) applying adult learning principles using a variety of instructional delivery and evaluation strategiesOversee program and event logistics and vendorsDocument key processes in a clear and concise formats to inform process improvementsAnswer and support programming inquiries to enable user adoption and enhance experiences with OD programsQUALIFICATIONS:University Degree/College Diploma (Human Resources Management, Business, Education, or Organizational Development) or an equivalent combination of education and experienceCertificate or training in Adult Education would be considered an assetMinimum of three (3) years of experience in HR, OD, or a project environment focused on organizational improvement initiativesSound knowledge of adult education theories and principles and application in instructional design, conducting needs analysis, facilitation techniques, and designing curriculum for in-class or eLearningExperience with program evaluation and/or performance gap analysis, to inform the design of learning programs and/or program enhancementsProficiency with eLearning module design and video editing is preferredProficient/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and online applications.Experience working with a Learning Management System is a strong assetDemonstrated strong written communication skills to produce clear, concise and effective organizational messaging, educational materials, presentations, reports etc.Demonstrated facilitation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills (consulting, stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and presentation/public speaking)Must be comfortable engaging and facilitating sessions with all levels of employees and management in the organizationProject management and change management skills would be considered an assetOsler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
