Through these partnerships, everyone is focused on ensuring a commitment and responsibility toward anti-racism, anti-oppression, equity, diversity, inclusivity, and belonging.MISSIONOur client is looking for a highly motivated Program Supervisor to work with the manager of Community Outreach to coordinate and lead the iRise Community Collaborative.In partnership, the collaborative will provide a continuum of care for youth who are involved in, or at risk of, involvement with guns, gangs, and/or violence. The iRise Program Supervisor will lead, develop, and provide prevention, and intervention strategies, programming and a continuum of care; for youth within educational settings and the community. The Program Supervisor will also support programming, care coordination, the peer-led leadership, and safe/brave spaces.The iRise Program consists of powerful workshops that equip youth with the tools, knowledge, and resources to navigate peer pressure, gangs, violence, as well as unhealthy and potentially dangerous relationships.
