Please Note: If you are a current Algonquin College employee, apply to this job via the Workday application.Department:Business, Technology and Outdoor Training (Sarah Hall)Position Type:Part-Time SupportSalary Range:$23.60-$27.33-HourlySc heduled Weekly Hours:24Anticipated Start Date:July 05, 2021Length of Contract:9 monthsPosting InformationThis job posting is now accepting applications from all qualified individuals.Posting Closing Date:June 25, 2021Please note: jobs are posted until 12:01 am on the job closing date.Reporting to the Manager of Community and Student Affairs, the incumbent is responsible for administrative support; financial tracking, data collection and accurate data entry into Algonquin College’s internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM-Salesforce) and Human Resource/Finance (Workday) databases and Employment Ontario’s Case Management System (CaMS); There is a strong focus on interpreting, reviewing and maintaining data in accordance with internal policies and procedures and Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) and Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) funder guidelines.Required Qualifications:Minimum two (2) year diploma or equivalent in Business and/or Office Administration diploma;M inimum of two (2) years relevant experience interpreting, reviewing and maintaining databases;Experience with financial data collection with an advanced working knowledge of Excel;Excellent interpersonal skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent verbal and writing skills.
