The posting closes at 12:01am on the morning of the closing date***The position supports the overall strategic enrolment management efforts of the Pembroke Campus and also assists with the planning and execution of events and activities that contribute to the overall campus SEM goals. The incumbent is responsible for the preparation, analysis, interpretation and distribution of institutional information such as student and applicant data and current enrolment trends and opportunities. The incumbent also captures and analyses data and writes reports that can be used to inform decision-making by management/and or faculty of the College. The incumbent also leads and collaborates with colleagues to organize student recruitment and retention events and initiatives that contribute to the Strategic Enrolment Management Processes on campus.The position primarily works remotely, but is required to come on campus for meetings and special events related to student recruitment and retention activities.Required Qualifications:

  • 3-year Diploma in Business Administration or related field;
  • 3 years experience analysing statistics and extracting data from various sources;
  • Experience working within a post-secondary environment in a role related to admissions or institutional research is an asset;
  • Previous experience in event planning or marketing is helpful;
  • Strong working knowledge of computer software (eg. Excel and familiarity with databases)
  • Experience writing reports;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Excellent team work skills and ability to work independently;
  • Valid Ontario Class G drivers licence.
Anticipated Weekly Schedule:
  • Two days per week, 4.5 hours per day (days of the week to be determined at point of hire)
  • This position is paid at Payband 8
