Assists clients with resolving product, service or billing issues, opening or closing accounts, processing transactions, logging requests, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution. Sells targeted products/services as part of client-initiated interactions.USA Job Function Description: Acts as first point of contact for consumer and business clients. Sells targeted products/services as part of client-initiated interactions. Responsible for maintaining operational integrity.Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to relatively straightforward inquiries, with the support of more experienced personnel.Adheres to safe deposit box procedures/ operations and guidelines.Educates and engages Customers in conversations regarding their current and future financial needs and educates Customers about Bank products and services.Assists in exceeding service goals by minimizing Customer wait times and accurately and efficiently processing Customer transactions.Provides legendary Customer Service in addition to recognizing referral opportunities.Provides exceptional customer service by meeting all customer demands as they relate to relatively straightforward inquiries, with the support of more experienced personnel.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
