Stafford Animal Hospital in Pembroke, Ontario is looking for a full time veterinary receptionist to start July or August 2022.This receptionist would work 75 hours every 2 weeks and gets off at 2 pm on Fridays. We do not work weekends, except for 3 or 4 Saturday mornings in the spring during “heartworm seasonâ€. We offer a starting wage of $18 an hour. We provide paid holidays, 5 paid sick days a year, medical and dental benefits, and pet discounts.Our one veterinarian, “family practice†philosophy allows us to give our clients and their pets the personal touch many people desire. Our clinic is expanding and changing to accommodate the demand for veterinary care the pandemic has created, but we prioritize having a good work/life balance for our staff.The ideal candidate should have an outgoing, positive attitude, have a good work ethic, be self motivated and be ready to multi task. We value team players with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills.
