We encourage our E&L team members to do the same.Elliot & Lee encourages innovation and collaboration, effective communication abilities, and knowledge sharing, for the betterment of all Elliot and Lee stakeholders.Your Position ResponsibilitiesElliott & Lee is in search of a Data Entry Assistants who can assist predominantly with the scanning, filing, data entry, and other additional adhoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be seeking a position where they can learn and grow professionally while undertaking specific tasks.We foresee this role being a part time position with the possibility to become more full-time depending on the interests of the candidate.The role will be ideal for students, parents, or those seeking a position they can undertake for a few hours a the day.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role responsibilities of the Data Entry Assistant includes but is not limited to:Operational

  • Data entry and record keeping – scanning, filing, information sorting, etc.
  • Undertake bookkeeping data entry responsibilities
  • Work closely with other team members on assigned projects
  • Conduct research for relevant projects and assigned clients
  • Collect and collate information from clients
  • Continually upskill and undertake relevant training to enable your assist with undertaking bookkeeping duties
  • Assist with additional duties as required

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other appropriate platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong productive relationships with E&L stakeholders as appropriate
  • Supporting other team members and model positive work behaviours
  • Display emotional intelligence in your relations with stakeholders
Who You AreQualifications and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Good technological proficiency (familiarity with programs such as MS suite and willing to learn new systems)
Organisational abilities
  • Able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Adaptable and open to new ideas and willing to contribute ideas to the team
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently
