Our motel is located close to Skaha Lake beach, Penticton,BC. We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team.Responsibilities and skills:- experience in plumbing , painting, pool and other general repairs and maintenance- minor carpentry, electrical , masonry work and building upgrading.- perform repair and preventive maintenance for the buildings and pool- perform lawn, flowering, etc. garden work- perform relocation and installation of furniture and appliances- can quickly identify the issues and solve quickly and correctly- must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle- available for off hour emergency response- available to work evenings and weekends, holidays according to motel needsJob types:flexible schedule to suit your needs; having your own tools is an asset but not required.Experience :one year maintenance experience would be preferred.Work schedule: flexible, but must be available for weekends and holidays.Wage: starting from $18/hour.The successful candidate will be required to have a credit and criminal record check.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:
