Oranj Fitness, is seeking an outstanding leader to act as part time Front of house for PentictonUnder the supervision and direction of the Studio Assistant Manager and Front of House Manager, the Front of House is a leader on the fitness floor. The position assists in any management duties that arise, thereby working directly with the studio managers, as well as closely with other key holders, childcare providers, and fitness/yoga instructors .The key objective of the position is to ensure the fitness / dance studio runs well. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the key aspects of studio operations, and in developing tools that ensure the successful delivery of the Oranj culture, philosophy, values, and vision. You will encourage and energize staff, and assist in evolving in-studio functions and flow.The incumbent will temporarily take on full management responsibilities when the studio manager and assistant manager are absent.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Qualifications:
