We are looking for one full time and one part time night auditors who have excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:· Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay· Audit and balance reports from the day shifts· Prepare reservations for the following day· Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed· Security checks and make sure property safe· Answer phones and place reservations· Maintenance pool water· Clean Pool surround area and pool shower room and bathroom· Prepare next day housekeeper schedule· Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts· Balance cash drawers and record receipts· Do laundryA high school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality is required. Successful night auditors possess excellent mathematical skills and strong customer service skills.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 6 monthsPart-time hours: 16-40 per weekAdditional pay:
