The Overnight Concierge host coordinates with the Hotel and Housekeeping team and sets them up for success. With a focus on high level customer service, you are responsible for overnight cleaning, managing guest requests and being present and available at the Inn. This is a job for people who are organized, conscious about cleanliness, and like meeting, greeting and helping people. You must be comfortable working independently.Job ResponsibilitiesOffering high levels of customer service to Inn and Restaurant guests to ensure their experience is seamless and enjoyable.Completing FD checklist and HK checklistAddress all of the Inns guest needs, offering in depth knowledge of the Inns and Restaurants offerings.Work in compliance with current health and safety standards.Assists with other duties as needed to maintain service effectiveness and efficiency.Additional duties and collaboration with other departments.
