Job Description

Carmi Remedy’sRx is an independently owned and operated community pharmacy in Penticton, B.C. We provide fantastic healthcare through a variety of clinical services in addition to customary dispensing; including professional compounding, compliance packaging, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressuring monitoring, travel health consultations, compression stocking fitting and more. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of prescriptions
  • Customer service
  • Inventory management
  • Ordering and receiving
  • Compliance packaging
  • Preparations of deliveries
  • Cashier duties
  • Supporting the Pharmacists with the daily duties and operations of the Pharmacy
Qualifications: A successful candidate will require:
  • Good communication skills
  • Be organized
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have exceptional customer service
Previous Pharmacy experience is an asset; however, it is not required if the candidate is skilled at learning new tasks quickly and efficiently.Compensation: The position is permanent, part-time with the ability for growth into a full-time position.
  • Salary: $17-20 per hour
  • Shift: 4-5 hours
  • Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week
