Job Description

Midtown RV is a leading Canadian dealership specializing in luxury RV’s with a reputation for great service. We currently have an opening for a part-time RV Dealer Receptionist to join our team, primarily to work Saturdays.Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, including greeting and welcoming customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience, and directing customers to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with commitment to providing great service every day
  • Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk
  • Provide coverage for parts and service department while on breaks
  • Other duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary
Requirements:
  • Positive, out-going personality
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • High attention to detail
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with a variety of customers
  • Additional shifts may be available
