Spa Coordinator / Spa Manager –Without A Doubt Day Spa is a leading Penticton area spa that features non-invasive esthetic procedures, Organic & natural skin care, makeup, select cosmetic services and premium beauty products. Excelling at Without A Doubt Day Spa requires an open mind towards continuing education and embracing process improvement.The PositionSpa Coordinator / Spa Manager primarily performs two functions: the first is as a Spa Coordinator to promote the services and products of Without A Doubt while guiding the clients through an amazing experience. The second function is to directly assist the owner in an administrative and supervisory capacity. The position will possess a highly customer service-oriented, gracious, hardworking, team-oriented and confident communicator.This position is the first line of contact for problems/issues for clients alongside the owner - ensuring that the environment is clean, tidy, welcoming, and efficient. This position is accountable for the appropriate and efficient booking of appointments as well as all of the client paperwork and/or charts. This position requires the person to be knowledgeable and to communicate our brand of services and products on an expert level. This position will lead in example and assists the owner with daily operations such as administration, hiring, scheduling, and training.
