This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from client acquisition to account management and service upgrades.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to maximize efficiency and enhance engagement.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and concerns professionally—both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting results to senior management and contributing to strategic goal setting.
Qualificationsamp; Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven with a passion for success.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a daily commute to our office.
