Rizon Trucks Canada has an exciting opening for a Product Support Manager at our Surrey, BC location. This hands-on HYBRID role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mobile technicians including preparing and meeting the department #39;s annual budget, reviewing department budget on a daily basis, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, maintaining excellent customer/dealer relations, and visiting customers/dealers. The Product Support Manager, in collaboration with the Human Resources Business Partner, is also responsible for providing leadership and oversight with human resource and personnel supervisory functions of the department which include; selecting, training, scheduling, counseling, coaching employees, and managing the PQR system.Compensation Plan

Primary Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget
• Review daily budget and department performance reports
• Approve department purchase orders (department expenditures)
• Schedule expenditures for department
• Studies trends to determine how to increase profitability of department
• Review warranty chargebacks to maintain 100% efficiency and recuperation
• Assist with Selecting employees for hire and work with Human Resources with other functions
• Assist with provide training, scheduling, assigning, coaching, counseling to employees
• Communicate job expectations and monitors #39; progress
• Appraise and reviews job contributions
• Conduct annual compensation reviews
• Implement policies and procedures
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Communicates customer service standards to department personnel
• Resolve customer complaints and provides conflict resolution to customers
• Visit customers to provide and maintain excellent customer relations
• PQR management
• Manage the dealer relations and client experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ year administrative experience, service center experience,
• Current or prior truck rentalamp; leasing or trucking industry experience required
• Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong customer service focus and attention to detail, with excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Experience in supporting Human Resources functions is an asset
• Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment with a customer service focus
• A minimum of a High school diploma
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in Excel.
• Bi-lingual both verbally and written is an asset
