Sales Manager - Industrial Plasticsamp; PaintsIntroduction:The Redco Group, founded in 1971, is a pioneering specialist in the manufacture and distribution of industrial plastics and rubber. With facilities across North America that serve both local and international markets through all of its operating companies; Redwood Plastics and Rubber, Nylatech, Industrial Plasticsamp; Paints, and Advanced Nylons. Industrial Plasticsamp; Paints is a 70-year brand, servicing Western Canadian industry through four branch locations in Victoria, Richmond, Missionamp; Kelowna.Industrial Plastics is seeking a hands-on sales professional to grow our B2B sales by creating both the inside and outside sales team with the goal of developing a high-performing Business Solutions Team. The ideal candidate is one who is ready to embrace our brand values to drive customer engagement and immediate sales growth, they must be a hands-on leader capable of building a team as well as conducting face-to-face sales calls. The successful candidate will work with us to aggressively grow sales in the short term, while simultaneously hiring and growing salespeople to serve new markets and industries. This includes working in partnership with our other businesses #39; sales management teams to establish a sales strategy for how we collectively take our group’s basket of products to market without creating an environment where we are competing against ourselves. In addition, this person will need to develop meaningful ways to communicate our 70-year brand history in Western Canada to a new generation of commercial customers. This role is for a goal-oriented do-er, who can understand and apply successful B2B sales techniques to industrial, institutional, and government clients. We require an individual who can help us grow our sales by $8m over the next 5 years while building their career in partnership with us; focused on completing objectives that drive the company’s success and growth.
