Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring for temporary, full-time Cannabis Labourers for our client that majors in the Cannabis Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing all tasks in the destruction process pursuant to relevant Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") as instructed by the Destruction Manager.

  • Pay rate: $17/hour
  • Location: Kincardine, ON
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to SOPs relevant to duties, as directed by the Destruction Manager including, but not limited to, duties involving the processing and destruction of cannabis, marijuana and/or dried marijuana, and general waste management
  • Promptly report to Destruction Manager any actual or possible deviations from SOPs and similar Company policies
  • Assist with Production and Processing tasks as required
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies reporting any unsafe activities or destruction practices to the Destruction Manager and/or the Health and Safety Specialist
  • Operate all relevant equipment to discharge duties in a safe manner
  • Complete relevant forms, logs and other documentation to meet requirements of SOPs and/or other Company Policies
  • Participate in company and departmental training on policies, procedures and work methods

Qualifications:
  • Must have a clear criminal background
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of lifting 30lbs
  • Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality
  • Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required
